Compliance

Compliance is the chassis, not a feature.

Consent evidence, do-not-contact suppression, and calling windows are wired into routing itself. You cannot route around them. This page describes exactly what the platform records and enforces.

What the platform records and enforces

Consent evidence

A timestamped record on every lead

When a lead arrives, its consent details are captured and stored on the record: where it came from, when, and what the person agreed to. Every later action on the lead is logged against it, so the history is there when you need to show it.

DNC suppression

Do-not-contact, platform-wide

A do-not-contact request suppresses the person across the platform, not just in one rep's list. Suppressed contacts are blocked in routing itself, before a rep ever sees the lead.

Calling windows

State rules wired into routing

Calling-window rules apply automatically based on the consumer's state. Outside the window, the platform holds the contact rather than offering it, and the hold is logged like everything else.

The cost of an unprovable call

The TCPA sets statutory damages of $500 to $1,500 per call.

If you can't show a lead agreed to be called, every dial is exposure. Leadpool captures and stores that consent record for you. The exposure calculator in the demo lets you run your own dial volume through the math.

Plain terms

What we record is not legal advice.

Leadpool records consent evidence, suppresses do-not-contact requests, and enforces state calling windows in routing. What the platform cannot do is practice law for you: your own counsel decides what your operation needs. We build so that when they ask for the records, you have them.

The 2-minute demo shows the consent record on a sample lead, no signup required. Seen it? Book the in-depth one.
