How it works
One loop, three sides.
The people who generate leads, the people who work them, and the business that answers for every call. Leadpool is the wiring between them. Here is the whole loop, end to end.
Source fires, consent is stamped on the way in, the pool routes to an available rep, and the billing and compliance records write themselves.
The loop in four stages
A source fires
The marketer's side. Someone clicks an ad or submits a form. Meta, Google, TikTok, a landing page, or any CRM webhook posts the lead to Leadpool. Whoever runs the marketing, you or a partner, wires the source once.
The pool takes it
The plumbing. The lead enters the client's pool and passes the checks on the way in: duplicates blocked, do-not-contact suppressed, the consent record stamped, and the funded gate confirmed.
A rep's phone rings
The rep's side. The lead is offered to an available rep in a fair, funded rotation. If the offer isn't taken in time it cascades to the next rep on shift. The first dial happens while the lead is still warm.
The records keep themselves
The business's side. The rep's cycle is billed on autopay and the money lands in the business's account. Every contact is logged with its consent record and its calling-window check. Reports tie the ad spend to the appointments it produced.
Where you plug in
Same loop, three doors.
Run the floor yourself on the business side, run the loop for a whole book of clients as a marketing partner, or take the offers as a rep on the agent side. It is one system either way, which is why the records always line up.
The true cost of your stack
What you're paying today, versus one flat plan.
Pick what you use now. This totals the tools most sales floors and local-service businesses stack together against Leadpool's flat pricing.
Your stack today
$665/mo
Leadpool, Team plan
$149/mo
Typical monthly difference
$516/mo
$6,192/yr
These are typical published rates as of July 2026, gathered from each vendor's own pricing page or a research aggregator (cited under each field above). Check current pricing directly with the vendor before treating any figure here as exact. Carrier usage (calls, texts) is billed separately by the carrier at cost, on this stack and on Leadpool alike, so it is not counted in either total.
