The dialer, on its own
The dialer is the product, not the upgrade.
Most dialers charge you for the CRM, then charge again to unlock the dialing. Here it is the whole point. Open the app, hit start calling, and work a day that is already sorted. No seat minimum.
Card up front, nothing charged for 14 days. Cancel from your own billing page before then.
This is a call list you work, not a predictive dialer: one call at a time, placed by you, nothing dialing ahead of you. Today calls dial from your own phone and number, and in-app calling through your own Twilio account is in build.
What the dialer does on day one
Start a calling session
Queue 10, 30, or 50 leads and work them one at a time with the whole queue visible beside the card. Double dial redials a no-answer once before moving on.
The list runs itself
Callbacks you promised, leads never reached, leads going cold: ordered, each with a plain reason on the card. A callback that comes due interrupts between calls, never mid-call.
Only calls you may place
Calling hours per state and do-not-call status are checked before a number is ever dialable. The session count only ever counts leads you can actually call.
What it costs at your volume
A flat software fee, and calling at your carrier's own rates.
Describe your volume either way. Minutes are billed by your own carrier at cost, with no markup from us, and the comparison column uses the competitor's published pricing at the same volume.
Leadpool, Solo plan + your own carrier
$77/mo
$49 software + $25 for 1,400 billed min + $2 for 2 numbers
Ringy at published pricing, same volume
$194/mo
$189 base + Power Dialer add-on, $4 minute overage, $1 numbers
Estimates from published US list rates as of July 2026, not quotes. Assumes a 35% connect rate; unanswered calls are not billed, and each answered call rounds up to the next full minute, which is why many short calls can bill more than a few long ones. Browser calling bills both the app leg and the carrier leg. Your carrier invoices you directly at its own rates. Ringy figures are their published base plan plus the Power Dialer add-on with 1,000 minutes per user included; verify current pricing with the vendor.
Bring your book. Start the same day.
Import your existing leads from a CSV, or point any form, landing page, or CRM webhook at Leadpool and new leads route straight into your day. The Number health checklist tracks the carrier registration filings for numbers you own, so the paperwork side of call reputation has a home too.
